Andrew Lorken brings over 25 years of experience across a balanced career spanning global consulting firms and C-suite operating roles within the technology, telecoms, media, digital infrastructure, and infrastructure sectors. He has held senior positions at PwC Consulting, IBM, Accenture, EY, and Alvarez & Marsal — working across strategy, operational due diligence, transformation execution, and supply chain improvement for some of Australia's largest enterprises.
As COO at Foxtel, Australia's leading pay-TV operator, Andrew led a digital-led transformation that shifted customer interactions from inbound call centres to end-to-end digital channels within two years. More recently, he has served as interim CEO and CXO across PE-backed portfolio companies, driving operational scale-up, margin improvement, and technology modernisation for investors including OMERS and IFM.
Andrew founded Attain.ai Advisory to bring this operating experience to organisations navigating the AI landscape — from identifying viable use cases and building AI rollout playbooks, to deploying enterprise AI platforms and measuring real business outcomes. Attain.ai is part of enablesGROUP, extending the advisory capability with technology outsourcing and operational delivery.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Law LLB degree, MBA from the AGSM and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School (Advanced Operations Strategy, Commercial Negotiation) and MIT (AI Implications for Business Strategy).
